Skinderm is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this notice. Privacy enquiries may be sent to sales@skinderm.ch. The registered company details will be added to this notice once confirmed.

When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, area of interest, message and any information you choose to include. Basic technical security logs may also be processed when you visit the website.

3. Why we use it

We process enquiry information to respond to you, evaluate potential business relationships, protect the website from misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. Processing is based on your request, our legitimate business interests and, where required, your consent.

4. Service providers and international transfers

Contact form submissions are transmitted using FormSubmit, an external form-delivery provider, and delivered to our sales mailbox. Hosting and email providers may process limited data on our behalf. Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate legal safeguards where required.

We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential business relationship, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. Unsuccessful or irrelevant enquiries are deleted when no longer needed.
